Hey I’m Avery!
I’ve always loved fitness and health, but what really pulled me in was just being curious—wanting to understand how the body works and how to feel my best. That curiosity eventually led me to get certified as a personal trainer, and now I help other women learn how to build muscle, lose body fat, and actually enjoy the process.

For a long time, I thought more was better—more cardio, more restriction, more hustle. I was overtraining, undereating, and still didn’t feel good in my skin. But once I started learning the science (and truth!) behind strength training, body recomposition, and nourishing my body the right way, everything changed.

Now I keep it simple. I focus on whole foods, building muscle, and creating routines that are sustainable and fun. Because muscle is attractive. And “leaning out” isn’t about shrinking yourself, it’s about recomposition: more muscle, less fat, more confidence.

I believe God gave us these bodies on purpose, and how we take care of them reflects how we value His creation. So let’s steward our health well, get stronger, and feel amazing while doing it. I’m here to help you every step of the way.
